  • 1) Questions about orders placed after 4 PM CST or Weekends

    The orders are shipped out everyday at 4 PM CST. Any orders placed after 4 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

    Orders placed on friday after 4 PM CST Or Weekends will be processed on following Monday as we are closed on Weekends.

  • 2) How/Where to enter coupon code.

    Coupon codes are to be entered in shopping cart page.

  • 3) International Shipping

    -All international orders can take between 6-10 business days to be received. Shipping times also defer for some countries. International shipping costs varies. Please refer to our shipping calculator(shipping estimator in shopping cart page) before checkout to get an estimated shipping price. You can see shipping estimator only after adding items to the cart.

    ALL INTERNATIONAL Orders: You will be liable for any taxes and duties (e.g. VAT, customduty, etc.) that apply to your purchase. In some rare cases additional chargessuch as services, agencies, or brokerage fees are associated with yourdeliveries, and these are charged by local agents. These charges are at thediscretion of each country and some countries have more charges than others.Please contact your local UPS site with further inquiries. They should be ableto give you an estimate on what you should expect to pay.
  • 3.1) Customs/Duties/Extra Charges

    Customs/Duties/Extra Charges on All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You will be Responsible for Any/ALL charges Related to Customs/Duties/Misc. Charges applied by your country. Please Inquire to your local postal authorities regarding applicable charges prior to Buying. We are in no way liable for any extra charges incurred.
  • 4) Can I cancel or change my order?

    We may be able to make the following changes within 1 hour from when you placed your order:

    --> Cancel your order
    --> Decrease the quantity of an item
    --> Remove an item

    Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make the following changes:

    --> Add an item/Increase quantity
    --> Change the payment method
    --> Change the shipping address

  • 5) Order declining issue.

    Please make sure that you have entered correct billing address. Please make sure to enter any apartment/unit/suite number or middle initial which is one of the reasons for payment being declined.
  • 6) Order processing times.

    All orders can take between 2-72 hours to be processed. All orders placed Fridays after 4:00pm-Sunday will not be processed until Monday excluding all holidays.
  • 7) Tracking number not found/invalid.

    Tracking numbers usually takes up to 12 hours to be updated on carriers' website. If there is no update even after 12 hrs please email us: and we would be happy to help you out.
  • 8) Credit card was declined but money was taken off.

    In this case, the Bank merhcant will show a status as pending since it was an attempted purchase but the money was NOT taken from the your account. Your bank will have to clear the pending charge. Please contact your bank.
  • 9) Return/Exchange policy.

    -Exchange Policy:

    All requests for exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery. All returning merchandise must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents attached(Tags, etc.). Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Returned merchandise not in above described condition would not be returned.

    How To Exchange or Return:

    Repackage your item(s) and logging in to your on you web site. You must ship the merchandise back to us only via UPS Ground, US Postal Service Priority Mail or US Postal Service. will not accept without prior authorization.

    -Return Policy

    All requests for return must be made within 14 days of the delivery.

    We will not refund shipping charges with returns and exchanges, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise.

    Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order. If your are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties and processing fess incurred as a result of returning or refusing package acceptance.

    Eligible Products: In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
    Ineligible Products: Any hair that is burned or missing hair piece. Any hair that is missing outside package. Clearance products.

  • 10) Wrong Item Received.

    If you received the wrong merchandise or merchandise we sent you is defective, please contact us within 5 business daysof receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail or fax you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. Do not just mail it back to us. Please email with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. If we don't receive wrong item within 30 calender days of you contacting us we will void out the UPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.
  • 11) Policy Changes reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies without notice. Please check this page periodically for changes. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
  • 12) NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGE on All Make up Items

    All Sales are final. NO returns, NO Exchange on MAKE UP ITEMS
