Return Policy

How To Exchange or Return

Repackage your item(s) with your invoice number and reason of exchange or return and ship your package back to (returns department) 8900 S Lafayette Ave Chicago, IL 60620. You must ship the merchandise back to us only via UPS Ground, US Postal Service Priority Mail or US Postal Service. will deem if your item is acceptable for return or exchange at the time it is received following our policies.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery. All returning merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents attached(Tags, etc.). Otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. FOR AN EXCHANGE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES FOR ANY NEW ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU. Merchandise returned not in original sellable condition that has been altered with WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN and WILL NOT be reshipped back at our costs. You may pay shipping fees for non acceptable items to be reshipped back to you or you will forfeit item in whole.

Return Policy

All  returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery. We will not refund shipping charges with returns and exchanges, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. If merchandise is not in original resellable condition a higher restocking fee will apply up to 25%. If an item has been altered we will not accept merchandise back and you will have to pay shipping fees for your items to be reshipped to you or forfeit your item(s). Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order. If your are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties and processing fess incurred as a result of returning or refusing package acceptance.

  • Eligible Products: In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Ineligible Products: Any hair that is burned or missing hair piece. Any hair that is missing outside package. Any wigs that have been altered (cut, lace cut or worn). Clearance products.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong merchandise or merchandise we sent you is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. Once we verify that you have received wrong or defective item we will e-mail or fax you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. Do not just mail it back to us. Please email with your order number and specifics on what the issue is, and we will handle the matter accordingly. If we don't receive wrong item within 14 calender days of you contacting us we will void out the UPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.
